Utilizing Google Map technology, buyers can quickly see homes in all of the builder’s markets or zoom to the community level to view more details. The zoom level controls the number of communities displayed below the map, so the home buyer will only see those communities within their area of interest. Plus, the addition of the “Find Your Home” mega menu allows site visitors to quickly search for communities by a particular location or by floor plan to see ready to own homes and current promotions. Once a region is selected, more information on the communities in that area and enlargeable thumbnail galleries are displayed.

A second mega-menu was added to the “Build with Us” section, where homebuyers can learn about the construction process, the personal selection studio, the builder warranty, preferred lenders, FAQ and read homeowner testimonials. The use of these dynamic mega-menus is better than typical standard drop down menus because site visitors can quickly see all of the link options available with a short preview of the content.
